Currently, I am the administrative assistant 2 presbitero CES. The experience as an
administrative assistant pushes me to pursue and apply the announce vacancy of adas

The number one quality that I have which is applicable and suitable for this position is
me being organized, detail oriented and tech savvy. Since my first employment in 2013 I
am practicing may profession in the accounting field
And everyday I am face in a raw information these excites me to organize and apply my
teach savvy side were I format, sort, hyperlink and mailing technique added to that my
typing speed of 40 words per minute maybe average speed if you say yet I believe very
helpful in my current and future career.
The most recent application of my tech savvy n my current work is the requisition slip
and issue slip (per teacher) in the MOOE liquidation. The beginning balance of inventory
plus the newly purchased supplies are distributed to every teacher so, I develop the
easy way by using the mailing tab in the Microsoft word.

Katulad ng pag gawa ko ng requisition slip and issue slip (per teacher) you must
organized. From the beginning balance of inventory and the new supply to purchase and
to be issue per teacher. Kelangan gumawa ng requestion slip and issue slip. And it is very
tedious pag isa isahon so I developed a much easier way na pwd ma counter check link.
Gumawa ako ng excel list of total inventory to be distributed tapos e filter per supplies
per teacher so pwd ma counter check if may teacher na wla naka tanggap. Tpos naka
link ito sa tab called mailings. In just one click kung ano gibutang sa excel , applicable din
ang mailing tab for certificate. Same certificate content in just one click maka print na ng
iba2 na name.

Weakness
I prefer to work alone Mas gusto ko na mag work alone. State ang benefit sang working
in a team.
My weakness is that I prefer to work alone than to collaborate and work w/ my co-
workers. Working alone help stay focused and think faster but in reality, specially in my
current job as an ADAS II, teamwork plays an important part. It also pushes me to go out
in my comfort zone and learn to work w/ my colleagues since I know working as team
will help generate better ideas which will result to faster and better output.

Done better in your last job.


I prefer to work alone than to collaborate and work w/ my co-workers. Working alone
help stay focused and think faster.
Working alone could help me stay avoid conflict of interest between the interest of the
company or favoritism between subcontractors or the engr . but in reality, while being
the dispatch officer it really pushes me to go out in my comfort zone and learn to work
w/ my colleagues since I know working as team will help generate better ideas which
will result to faster and better output.
Further example. I also wish I have vast experience in the engineering field. Where I
understand and know some technical matters. A specific example was when some
dumptruck driver divert to stealing crude fuel. During my pamamahala as dispatch
officer with the lesson from my mentor we developed a formula a liter per kilometer for
every type of equipment. Driver and operators have cleverness to cheat our formula. I
should have known better ways like sealing the fuel tank or introduces incentives to
prevent them from stealing.

How do you handle pressure.
I handle pressure by first, knowing what I need to accomplish and then afterwards, I
organize my thoughts on how I could efficiently accomplish my task. The pressure is
generally an opportunity to step one more feet higher than the present. It teaches us
how to work in different situation and how to work in a smart way.
While I was working w/ the MOOE liquidation report, the MSWD Office asked the school
to submit a list of the flood victims. Since it was urgent, I immediately thought of the
strategy where I can submit the needed list on time. Since I know the specific areas that
has been affected, I checked the FS-1 and then filtered the location of the specific areas
and then created a draft of possible flood victims, afterwards I confirmed it to the
advisers of the students and finally curated the final list in just less than an hour.
In any situation personal or at work I practice the technique I learn from the internet,
inhale deep three times then exhale long.

Tell me something you did-or failed to do-that you now feel a little ashamed of

You know, I really cannot think of anything, I would add that as a general management
principle, I’ve found that the beast way to avoid regrets is to avoid causing them the first
place. I practice one habit that help one me a great deal in this regard. Waking up on the
right side of the bed, affect the outcome of your entire day. If it chaotic than you
expected, I mentally review the days events and conversation to take a second look at
the people and development I am involved with and do a double check of what they are
likely to be feeling. Sometimes I will see things that do need more follow-up and remedy
things before they come to exhaustion and make things worse.

The fatal flaws


As every accounting professionals out there. Being a CPA is out ultimate goal. Me not
being a cpa is nothing to be concerned about

On confidential matter
I am certainly want to be as open as I can about that. But I also wish to protect the rights
of those who have trusted me with their most sensitive information. Just as you would
hope to be able to trust with the financial aspect of the department.
Would you lie for the company
I would never do anything to hurt the department.
I will try to resolve the problem instead of lying. If I lie for my company soon or
later the truth will reveal one day it may affect my career or my company's
reputation. So, I will try to find the solution to the problem, rather lying.
I would not tell a no or yes to these question, because sometimes telling a lie is
better if there is a benefit to a mass, that is if the whole organization is dependent
and will improve and develop by my simple lie then I must tell it, I also think that
convincing is a better option than lying because if any problem occurs in the
future it will be difficult to handle.
But being a part of the deped will never lead me to such situation, it is my belief
and faith. I must abide myself to my values first.
What makes you angry
I am a calm and positive person by nature, and I believe this help me a great deal in
keeping my department running smoothly and harmoniously. I believe in
communicating clearly, understanding there, getting peoples commitment to those
goals, than following up continuously to check the progress. If after that kind of open
communication and follow up, someone isn’t getting the job done. Ill want to know
why . if there’s no good reason, then I’ll get angry.

Earning more money


Doing the work I really like to do at the kind of department I like and respect.

Who has inspired you in your life and why


In my 7 month of employment in the job. I find it inspiring the job of a school or our
Principals on how they have capture the hearts and minds of their teachers. The support
the teachers get and by letting their classroom expertise play a part in your
decision-making process. Knowing the different strengths of your teaching staff
and make the most of them.
And most especially How they create the conditions that will allow them to do
their best work. Because I think how the school head treat the teacher affect the
teacher treat there student.
