What to study.. All the notes/handouts we have used this semester! (Intro to
graphic design, keyboard shortcuts, illustrator tools, typography,
composition, etc.)

Be familiar with the following Illustrator tools:


Anchors, type, type on path, warp, select, direct select, pen, pencil, gradient,
stroke, create objects/outlines, scale, opacity, layers, window, basic shapes,
stamps, artistic effects

What is different about Photoshop vs. Illustrator?

What are pixels?
What is the difference between the select and direct select tool?

Be able to identify examples of graphic design work.
Know how to create basic transformations through Photoshop/illustrator.
Understand how to use the basic shape tool to create more complex shapes.
Know what key to use when creating straight lines, scaling objects, and
symmetrical shapes.

Layers/Arrangements.
