WHEREAS,theASSIGNORhasofferedtoassignallhisrights,titleand
interestovertheaboveunit,asreferredinsaidContracttoSellandthe
ASSIGNEEherebyacceptstheassignmentinaccordancewiththetermsherein
setforth;

NOW,THEREFORE,forandinconsiderationoftheforegoingpremises
andthesumofONEMILLIONPESOS(1,000,000.00),PHILIPPINE
CURRENCY,whichtheASSIGNORherebyacknowledgedtohavereceived
