SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROGELIO G. INALISAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of


#9230-C Dita St. Brgy. San Antonio Village, Makati City, do hereby name, constitute
and appoint SATURNINO A. VENEZUELA, of legal age, Filipino, single, to be my
true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and my name, place and stead, and for my own
use and benefits, to do and perform any or all of the following acts and deeds to wit;

To represent me in respect of all transactions involving real properties, to make,


sign, execute, and other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any and all third
persons, entities on concerns, upon terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney;

To annotate mortgages, notes, deeds, affidavit, and all forms and documents
required in connection with the mortgage by me and of the real property located and
described as follows:

“A parcel of land situated in barangay Bagong Silangan and Commonwealth,


Quezon City Metro Manila with Transfer Certificate Title No. 004-2013009840.”

To do all acts with the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, in all matters relating
to the annotation of the excisting mortgage between ROGELIO G. INALISAN and the
absolute and registered owner of the said property;

To sign, execute, and deliver such document , and other writings of whatever
nature or kind, with any and all third persons, concerns or entities, in connection with any
of the above;

To do and perform such act which may be necessary or proper in connection with
the above;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power


and authority, to do and perform every acts requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution or revocation and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to
be done under and by virtue of these presents.
