Application for bail

Sir,

It is submitted as under:

1. That the above noted case is pending in this Honble


Court and same was fixed up for 19/3/2014.

2. That prima facie no case whatsoever is made out against


the applicant/accused.

3. That earlier due to unavoidable circumstances, the


accused/applicant could not present before this Honble
Court and this Honble Court has issued the non-bailable
warrants of the accused and the forfeited the bail bonds
and surety bonds of the accused.

4. That the absence of the accused was not intentional one


but due to above noted circumstances.

5. That the applicant undertakes to appear on each and


every date of hearing and is ready to furnish fresh
surety/bail bonds to the satisfaction of this Honble
Court.

6. That the applicant has not been declared proclaimed


offender in any case.
7. That the accused/applicant is the permanent resident as
above stated address.

8. That applicant undertakes to abide by all conditions


imposed by this Honble Court on the applicant.

It is therefore prayed that the application may


kindly be accepted and the applicant may kindly ordered
to be released on bail till the final decision of the case.
