Most Respectfully Showeth: -


1. That the Petitioner is the Accused in the above-noted case.

2. That the above-noted case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and Fixed for
today i.e. 08.11.2024 for further evidence of prosecution.

3. That PW -10 has been examined before framing of Charge, and the statement
of PW-10 has been recorded but due to some unavoidable reason cross-
examined was not completely done.

4. It is submitted that certain material aspects as PW-10 will be discovered.

5. That, if the opportunity is not given to the petitioners to cross-examine PWs


stated above, they will be put to irreparable loss and damage to the justice.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may please re-call the PW-
10and grant a leave permit to the Petitioner to cross-examination and pass such
other appropriate orders as the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the
interest of justice.
