11 Sample Project Workplan and Budget Matrix

This document presents a project to address the limited vocabulary of learners in an English class. 79% of learners were answering questions incorrectly during recitation. The project aims to increase this number to 95% answering correctly through several activities. Teachers will integrate new words into daily lessons, tell local stories, print picture words, conduct home visits and vocabulary drills, and have students keep word diaries. Formative assessments will help monitor progress towards the goal of improving recitation performance.
