Ajaneystra

The prayoga of janeystra is performed, after


duly receiving upadea from Sadguru, to rid oneself
from afflictions resulting from various Grahas and
for protection.

The weapon of Mahviu (Sudarana) is represented


by a six-lettered mantra; The aktyastra is eight
letters, Pupatstra is composed of five letters,
Vyomstra of hundred letters, Aghorstra of fifty
letters. Ajaneystra is composted of twelve pdas
and can be used for for all of the akarmas by a
skilled practitioner, though its primary
application is for protection from bothersome
Grahas and beings of supernatural character. The
Vipra should start by reciting the Gytr mantra
followed by 100 recitations of Ajaneystra. The
practice is started on a Saturday and continued
till one experiences the desired result.
