The AMA Computer College Manila will be having their Commencement Rites on May
19, 2017. In view of this momentous occasion, we are writing this letter of intent to request
for a priest to facilitate for the Baccalaureate Mass of our college graduates on May 13,
2017 at 9 A.M.

In line with this, we would also like to use the church as our venue during the holy mass,
and also We would like to inquire about the necessary preparations that we have to
accomplish for this event, as well as the needed measures and arrangements that you
can provide with us for the success of this event

We are hoping for your anticipation of our request
