Timeline of activities (Instructional Procedures):

Students will go through regular warm up routine while I take attendance


I will give brief summary of what is expected from todays class such as the use of phones or ipads
Students will become familiar with gym surroundings
I will put students into teams of 3 one ipad/phone per team
Stations will be set up in a circular fashion to keep students from becoming distracted and moving
from one exercise to the next.
QR codes will be set up in an organized circuit. Each station will start with video explaining the
station and what the purpose of the station is.
Students will spend 5 minuets depending on station
Stations include
short sprints with 90 seconds rest (5min) roughly 3-sprints with active recovery
3-4 aerobic stations (bike elliptical and treadmill) 15 min
squat station (2 sets of 5 reps) 5min

Basics such as proper form and main differences between aerobic and anaerobic exercises will be
verbally assessed at the end of class

Assessment Plan:
Grades will be given on the level of participation in class and ability to recall information learned
from videos and performing activities. This will be in the form of group conversation at the end of
the class.
