GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF MACHINERY


1. The SuperFlex is a continuous breading system that is capable of applying both flour
based coatings as well as larger granular (crumb) based coatings to a variety of
substrates. This coating machine can be operated in a variety of different modes which
allow it to handle these substrates with varying degrees of aggressiveness. Drum mode is
typically used to apply a predust coating to the given substrate or to give a homestyle
appearance to the substrate. Flatbed or Inline mode is used on substrates that require
uniform coverage but due to their composition cannot handle the aggressiveness of being
tumbled in a drum or that need to be oriented in a very specific way. A variety of other
attachments can be installed into the SuperFlex depending on the desired appearance of
the finished product.
2. The SuperFlex has been engineered in a way that allows for the recirculation of coating
materials while at the same time minimizing coating degradation and breakdown.

SERIAL PLATE LOCATION


The serial plate is located at the discharge end of the machine next to the discharge door guard
(refer to picture below). There is also a secondary serial plate located inside the electrical control
box. By looking at the serial plate the voltage, amperage, weight (1134 kilograms), and other
important information can be verified.
