Dear Parents,

Congratulations on having your son/daughter chosen to be part of a great Rogers and Hammerstein production
Cinderella! We are so fortunate to have such talented individuals to work with. Please allow us a moment to introduce our
production crew and clarify a few things early on for you.

Our Production crew is:

Director Lisa Giannetti


Stage Manager Daniel Proulx
Set Design Joey Lavorato
Costume Design Becky Leavitt
Dance Choreographer Fiona Miller
Technical Theatre Jason Eveleigh (Sonic Multimedia)
Communications & Media Tyler Leavitt
Musical Director- Lanieca Falkenberg

We will be having regular rehearsals every Monday and Wednesday from 3pm to approximately 4:30pm. As this is a dance
heavy musical, we will also be having choreography/dance rehearsals on Wednesdays from 2:10 to 3:00pm. Our goal is to
finish at 4:30 for each rehearsal, however there may be some days where we will not need the entire time (and some where we
will not need the entire cast) and other days where we will go over time by a few minutes. We will try to keep you up to speed as
to when these will be through communication to our cast members. It will be their responsibility to communicate with you if
there is to be any major anomalies in our regular schedule.

Our Production days are as follows and will all take place in the Small Gym at Gilbert Paterson:
- Friday Feb 9th Technical Rehearsal 12pm to 4pm
- Saturday Feb 10th Dress Rehearsal 9am 4pm
- Monday Feb 12th Matinee performance at 1pm, Evening Performance at 7pm
- Tuesday Feb 13th Matinee performance at 1pm, Evening Performance at 7pm
- Wednesday Feb 14th Matinee performance at 1pm, Evening Performance at 7pm

This year we are going to be looking for a bigger role from many of you, the parents, in this big production. Please sign the
attached form with your acceptance of our schedule and please indicate the ways in which you can help the production.
