Process Capability Analysis: Rohtas Fasteners PVT - Limited

This document provides a process capability analysis for the boss center part number ASK-42603-KPL-9000-H1. 25 measurements were taken of the parameter using a digital vernier caliper. The specification for the parameter is 26.000-26.400 mm. The analysis found the process average (X-Bar) to be 26.075 mm, within the specification limits. The process is capable of meeting specifications with low variation, as evidenced by the small range (R-Bar) of 0.01 mm.
