1. The serial link communication at the Zauliyah Gas Plant was being disturbed while the I-System Engineer was working on configuration of the metering skid panel, causing some units like the GCU and refrigeration package to trip. 2. No oil top up was required for the export gas compressor for the past seven months since it first started in March 2017. 3. Gas export has been between 0.584-0.992 mmscmd and condensate export between 45.5-73 Sm3/d since April 2017, with 127 hours of plant shutdowns for maintenance and issues.

skid panel for configuration, the total plant
serial link is being disturbed and as a
consequence some unit like GCU / Refrigeration
1 pkg. trips and related alarms arises in DCS K.P.Rajan
(GCU/REI trip on 24.10.2017 @~18.00hrs). As
both the metering skid & BOP serial link output
connected to the same UGS through TCP-IP &
Moxa respctively, the UGS output getting
disturbed while configuration takes in place.
