Good day!

Junior and Senior Promenade is one of the most anticipated time in the life of a high
school student. It is the most splendid and memorable moment for high school
students to dress up formally, be with their friends and seize the very special time in
their high school years. Life in high school wouldn’t be complete and exciting without
JS Prom. Aside from the joy, fun and camaraderie, the event marks the “coming of
age” of the students as they step into the stage of “young adulthood” with the bearing
of responsibilities as well with becoming ladies and gentlemen. JS Prom would also
allow the students to present themselves with class and confidence that’s why as a
chairman of the said event I am humbly seeking for your approval that the said event
will have a theme: “Enchanted Forest or Caribbean”.

Attached herewith are the pictures presenting the proposed themes.

Looking forward for a favorable action regarding this proposal.
