The student government presidents of JuanSci High School are requesting approval to hold the school's first Junior-Senior Prom on February 21, 2020 from 6pm to 11pm at Sitio Alto. The prom would celebrate the last day of school for senior students and allow junior students to attend. It would be joined by teachers. The venue is free and payments will be voluntary. Approval is requested to allow the event to be held.

MADAM:
The JS Prom also known as Junior and Senior Promenade is the most splendid moment for high
school students to dress up formally, be with their friends and seize the very special time in their
high school years. High school life wouldn’t be complete and more exciting without this
memorable experience.

In relation to this, we would like to request an approval to conduct the first Junior-Senior
Promenade Night that will be held on 21st of February year 2020 from 6 pm – 11 pm at Sitio Alto
(Quirino Compound along P. Guevarra). This is our way to celebrate the last day of high school
of the Senior students (Grade 10-Earth) with Junior students from Grade 9 Sun and Moon to be
joined by JuanSci teachers. The plan have been established, therefore, we are asking for your
permission to allow us to do the said event. The venue is free and the payment will be voluntarily
