Speech On How To Foster A Great Relationship

At this auspicious moments, I would like to share with you today, a very
important topic that is part and parcel of our life. How to foster or to build a
good relationship
Living in this world requires us to interact with other individuals within the
family, institutions or community. For that particular reasons, living in a
community requires individual to interact with other community members.
What does social interaction means to us?. Social interaction can be referred
as the process by which we act and react to those around us. For example, the
interaction between a child with his or her parents. Happy healthy families are
important to the well-being of a progressive nation because such families
nurture their children towards becoming healthy and well-adjusted adults.
Many families appear to be happy but they are in fact dysfunction as basic
psychological needs are not met. In a nutshell, social interaction includes those
acts people perform toward each other and the responses they give in return.
The social interaction forms relationship with other people, including family
members, peers and co-workers. Relationships can be simply defined as the
way two or more people are connected for various reasons.
One important and critical question that needs to be addressed is non- other
on what constitutes a good and great relationship? Or in a simple question
“What are the main elements in strengthening a good relationship amongst us?
In conclusion, a good relationship isn’t simply supported by just one factor, but
supported by a numerous factors and values. A good, successful, happy and
healthy relationships equate to a high quality of life. Research indicates that
people need other people in order to live long, happy and healthy lives, which
requires happy and healthy relationships among people. A good and healthy
relationship can be nurtured and fostered through three main ingredients
element which stands as the pillar of fostering good relationship through
communications and interaction, commonalities and respect with trust.
