• Qualified to conduct safety risk assessment whether in process of JRA, BBS and Safety audit and

he must report all the result of performance as well as the corrective action for review, initiation and
action.

• Conduct the safety training for all contractor personnel and he shall ensure all the work is covering
under International Safety measurement codes and standards.

• Have good knowledge of engineering drawings for quick information that support of safety
requirements.

• He shall ensure the ground rules for Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to its prohibition and
application requirements.

• Ensure that the requirements and recommendations of all Company HSE rules/regulations &
regulatory bodies are followed.

• Identify and appraise potential HSE hazards and take proactive and preventive actions.

• Ensure that every employee is trained to perform their jobs in a productive and safe way.

• Conduct and represent HSE safety meetings & HSE presentations for various purpose to the
management

• Preparation of safety performance reports & issues.

• Support and evaluate the emergency and evacuation plan with recommendations follow-up

• Perform a continuous check to ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained in all areas.

• Anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices.

• Ensure compliance, conservation and protection of the environment

• Conduct and document thorough accident, incident and near-miss investigations and provide
recommendations for process, procedure or equipment changes to eliminate future occurrences.

• Evaluate safety rewards and recognition program for potential improvement• Inspect job sites to
ensure specified procedures, standards, Fire and Safety regulations are followed.
