PUBLIC NOTICE

Subt-Empanelment of Nursery Guest Teachers.

With reference to this department's Public Notice dated 25/0112018 on the subject and
subsequent circular No. F.DE.18-2(15)/E- V/2017/1335-40 dated 15/02/2018 prescribing guidelines
for empanelment, thelist of eligible candidates as short listed as per their merit position/reservation
status and that of available vacancies in this District is placed at Annexure "A".

The listed candidates are hereby directed to report for document verification in the office

, undersigned on 16/04/2018 at 2: 00 P.M positively. All the eligible candidates are hereby
directed to Ibring with them the copies of the following documents along with thier originals at the
time of verification'-

a. Copy of Online Application Form

b. One Recent Passport size Photographs pasted on the application Form.
c. Self attested photocopies of all relevant Educational Qualifications from Class io" onwards
i.e. year wise mark Sheets and Certificates, Provisional Certificate/Degree.
d. CastelPH Certificate (wherever applicable). OBC Certificate must be issued from Govt. of
NCT of Delhi.
e. Diploma in NTT or equivalent & Mark Sheet.
f. Identity Proof (Preferably copy of Aadhar Card)
g. Proforma! Undertaking as per Annexure 'B' (Enclosed).

Note.- It is clarified that the above verification is done just to prepare a panel of eligible

candidates for the District and mere verification of documents does not guarantee their
engagement as Guest Teacher which otherwise will be subject to availability of vacancies and
reservation based as per latest rules. It is also clarified that in case of any
misrepresentation/malafide observed the .candidature will be summarily rejected and
suitable legal action be initiated against the defaulting candidate as per law including
lodging of FIR.
