KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Of which Condominium Unit the “SELLER” is the absolute owner per that Deed of

That the “SELLER” hereby sells to the “BUYER” who agreed to buy the above-described
property under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That the total consideration of the sale is ___________________________

2. That upon signing of this contract, the “BUYER” shall pay the “SELLER” a down
payment of _________________________ (PHP __________________);
3. That the remaining balance shall be paid in full upon the transfer of title, tax declaration
and other documents necessary for the transfer of ownership from the “SELLER” to the
“BUYER”;
4. That upon full payment of the total price, the “SELLER” shall sign and execute a DEED
OF ABSOLUTE SALE in favor of the “BUYER”.
