That the “SELLER” hereby sells to the “BUYER” who agreed to buy the above-described
property under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That the total consideration of the sale is ___________________________

2. That upon signing of this contract, the “BUYER” shall pay the “SELLER” a down
payment of _________________________ (PHP __________________);
3. That the remaining balance shall be paid in full upon the transfer of title, tax declaration

4. That upon full payment of the total price, the “SELLER” shall sign and execute a DEED
