CHAPTER V

FINDINGS
 J.Q.TYRE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY PVT LIMITED has a good reputation
in tyre retread manufacturing and its supply.
 The environment of the company is good.
 All the departments are well structured.
 Maintaining healthy and peaceful relation between superiors and subordinates.
 J.Q.TYRE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY PVT LIMITED is concentrated on
consumer satisfaction.
 They maintain good customer relation.
 They give importance in health and safety of workers.
 A good coordination exists between various departments.
 Leave rules and procedures followed by the organization are fair.
SUGGESTIONS
 Improve the publicity of the company.
 Proper motivation programs must be conducted
 Conduct market research every year or twice in a year.
 The management should give more importance to employee related matters.
 Production capacity should be increased according to the order.
 Advertisement efforts should be improved.

CONCLUSION

I have done my organizational study in J.Q.TYRE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY PVT


LIMITED. It gave me a lot of experience and knowledge about the organization. This study
helped me to meet a lot of workers, supervisors and had some valuable discussion regarding the
production. It is a very good example of organizations which strives to give products according
to the customer’s needs and satisfaction to employees in their jobs. The function of an
organization is clearly understood by this study.
