IV. Course Description:

Crimes and penalties. Study of the elements of crimes embodied in the Revised Penal Code Book 2, and the circumstances which affect criminal liabilities. Study
of jurisprudence and special crimes governing in the Philippines.

V. Course Objectives:

The student should be able to know the different elements of the crimes under the Revised Penal Code and the different Special Laws and the equivalent
punishment of the same.

A. General Objective:.

At the end of the course, the student should be able to know the different elements of the crimes under the Revised Penal Code and the different Special Laws and
the equivalent punishment of the same.

B. Specific Objectives:

Cognitive:
. 1.Know/familiarize the coverage of the Revised Penal Code,
2.Identify the elements of each and every crimes under the code
3.Describe and differentiate the elements of each crimes

Affective:
1 To be able to know the proper case to be filled against the perpetrators.
2.Understand how the crimes has been committed

Psychomotor:
1. Apply the knowledge on the RPC on court testimonies
2. Acquire knowledge on how to be an expert witness on court proceedings.
