COURSE CODE/TITLE: Criminal Procedure and Court Testimony

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course provides the criminal procedure to be followed in observing criminal prosecution. It contains an extensive procedures to follow and observe
by a law enforcers. It also provide contribution to present and future professional forensic examiners for a model and common procedures on how expert
witnesses shall execute an oath of verification, judicial affidavit, and to testify as expert on opinion issued and duly certified examination findings being conducted,
as well on how to effectively testify in the court witness stand.
