DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing project team and execute projects.


• Coordinate with customer to develop projects plan and time lines,
• Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform site activities,
• Assign daily workload to team members.
• Develop project program and guidelines to support company objectives,
• Suggest process improvements to enhance project quality and capacity
• Organize job training to team members to achieve project goals.
• Investigate project issues and develop resolution,
• Determine equipment material and manpower requirements for project execution
• Choose suitable Subcontractors and Manage them
• Monitor subcontractor job’s Quality and Safely working
• Chase subcontractors to complete the job on time
• Develop project budget and maintain expenses within the budget,
• Recommended cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
• Assist in employee retention, performance, evaluation, production and termination
activities
• Monitor project activities and adjust schedules for on time completion.
• Ensure the final product meets quality standards and customer specification.
• Ensure the team follows company policies and safety standards,
• Project planning in accordance to design, drawing & material planning etc.
• Proposing of material on each project
• Ensure safe work environment through implementation of safety awareness
• Establish and maintain high quality and safety levels on fabrication and painting
processes.

• Prepare Method Statement & Risk Assessments as per the project & Site

• Plan and coordinate production-engineering process on daily basis to produce high
quality products.
• Develop process improvements to effectively to utilize equipment’s and materials to
maximize project.
• Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
• Project scheduling
• Maintaining the muster roll/ timesheet for the workers.
• Analyse the customer complaints and take action to prevent and submit the report
to the customer.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages,
• Implement cost reduction and initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
• Intending of material or each project.
• Assure specified quality of materials to purchase
• Liaising with the client regarding site activities.
• Arrangement of mobilize the site with tools, tackles, scaffolding, man lift,
cranes/load all requirements, man power & machineries.
• Attending Clients/consultant progress review meeting at site.
• Reporting to Project Head regarding the site activities & progress.
• Snag list preparation & completion up to hand over.
