KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
This Deed of Assignment, made and executed by:
xxxx, a corporation duly organized and existing under the law of Republic of the
Philippines, with principal office at xxx represented by xxx , President, and xxx, xxx, and
hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNOR".

xxx, a government financial institution duly organized and existing by virtue of
Republic Act No. 6977, otherwise known as the "Magna Carta for Small Enterprises", as
amended by RA 8289 and RA 9501, with principal office located at the 17th and 18th
Floors, 139 Corporate Center, 139 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City,
represented herein by xxx, Group Head, Southern Luzon Group, and hereinafter referred
to as the “ASSIGNEE ”.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has applied for and has been granted a loan by the
ASSIGNEE in the principal amount of PESOS: xxx (P xxx) Philippine Currency as
evidenced by a Loan Agreement dated _____________ .
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and as
security for the payment of the LOAN, the ASSIGNOR has assigned, transferred and
conveyed and by these presents hereby assign, cede, transfer, convey and turn over unto
the ASSIGNEE, its successors or assigns, all its rights and interest in and to the
following accounts receivables of at least xxx xxx xxx PESOS (P xxx) and/or proceeds
of such receivables from all current or succeeding clients receivables, if any, or if
applicable, of the ASSIGNORS.
That the ASSIGNOR by these presents, does hereby APPOINT said ASSIGNEE
as its true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for and in its place, name and stead to DEMAND,
COLLECT and RECEIVE from the ASSIGNOR’S clients and borrowers, any or all
payments due to the ASSIGNEE by virtue of this DEED, and upon receipt by said
ASSIGNEE of said payment and/or payments, the same are to be applied to the payment
of indebtedness herein secured.
This DEED shall be irrevocable until the loan accommodation of PESOS: xxx
(Pxxx) is PAID IN FULL.
