Inclusions:
Additional Charges:
• Payment:
o A down payment of 50% is due at all event contract signing.
o Final payment is due immediately after the event.
• Cancellations:
o Cancellations of the event will be charged 10% of the event cost.
o Cancellations made six (6) days or less from the event date will forfeit the down payment.
o Change of event date prior to four (4) days will incur 5% catering charge.
• Staff fees:
o A fee of PhP 50.00 per floor per waiter will be charged if the event is held in a building without a service elevator or
proper access.
o Hauling fee may apply depending on the distance of the event location.
o An overtime fee of PhP 50.00 per hour per waiter will be charged in excess of 4 hours contracted event time.
• Venue fees:
o Venue fees are the responsibilities of the client and additional charges may include gate entrance fee and caterer’s
bond.
o Additional fee for out of town venue events. Transportation fee will be applied for travel to Manila,Makati, Alabang,
Mandaluyong, Quezon City, San Juan City & other places in Metro Manila.
• Miscellaneous:
o For Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Cocktail or Kiddie Buffet events, a minimum of 70 persons and plus 10% catering charge
are required.
o Blue Petals will not be held liable for lechon, food or beverages brought by the client to the event.
o Blue Petals will not provide container for excess food items or be responsible for food removed from the event.
o Buffet set-up will be served as per reservation with a 5% buffer.
o Flower arrangements as per request depends on the availability in season.
o Any loss or breakage of none consumable items provided by Blue Petals will be the responsibility of the client.
o Purified drinking water and cubed ice will be provided at additional charges.
• Blue Petals will not be held responsible for any acts of God, including but not limited to natural
disaster (i,e, flood, typhoon, earthquake, etc.) that may cancel the event.
