(i) Shall be a Bumiputera Company incorporated in Malaysia;
(ii) Shall be a Sendirian Berhad/Berhad/Koperasi company incorporated in Malaysia;

Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor Negeri Sabah (PUKONSA) Head VIII Sub Head (I) or (II) or Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor (UPK) Sarawak Heads V Sub Head 8;
(iv) Shall have minimum Paid-Up Capital of RM750,000.00 as at tender closing date.

Only one (1) Tender submission is allowed from a group of related companies within the meaning of Companies Act 2016 and/or an enterprise within the definition in the Competition
Act 2010. In the event that (i) the Tenderer is part of a group of related companies, and the companies related to the Tenderer are as defined in the Companies Act 2016; and/or (ii)
the Tenderer and the related companies falls under the definition of “Enterprise” in the Competition Act 2010, the Tenderer shall not be allowed to participate and submit the
Proposal for the same Tender. Any contravention may result in the rejection or disqualification of the Tenderer’s submission.

TENDER SUBMISSION

The completed Tender Proposals are to be submitted by hand in sealed packages to Raudah Meeting Room, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Level 4, North Wing, Menara TM,
Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on the Closing Date mentioned above. Tender Proposals submitted later than the date and time
mentioned above shall not be entertained. All costs related to the Tender shall be borne by the Tenderer.
