Dear Sir,
I would like to convey that I am pursuing PhD in Urban Planning from Department of Architecture
and Regional Planning, IIT Kharagpur. In order to join the services in the prestigious institute this
has been converted to part-time now. With reference to my joining dated 06.07.2018 in the
Department of Architecture as an Assistant Professor Grade-II, I need to submit an employer
certificate to Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur mentioning that the institute has sufficient
facility to continue my PhD research such as computer, good internet connection, subscription of
reputed journals etc. I would also like to assure that I will carry out my PhD work during my leisure
time and this will not create any disturbance in my dedicated services towards the institute.
Therefore, I would like to request you to kindly issue me a certificate regarding the same. I shall
be obliged.
