Math Notebook Rubric v2.

This rubric evaluates students' math notebooks on formatting, inclusion of classwork and notes, completion of independent practice work, and use of a planner. Students can earn up to 100 points across 4 criteria: notebook formatting (20 points), classwork (30 points), independent work (40 points), and planner (10 points). Higher scores are given for notebooks that are well organized and formatted, include notes and work for most or all lessons, and show completed independent practice entries and use of a planner to track homework and due dates.
