This pertains to the first letter that we had sent on your good office yesterday
about the conduct of Monthly Operational Review by the City Police Strategy
Management Unit (CPSMU) to the personnel of PS5 Buhangin this coming Monday,
September 18, 2018, 8:00 am at Senior Citizen’s Conference room (beside
Buhangin Police Station). However, there was a sudden change of schedule; it was
moved earlier to Thursday, September 20, 2018.

In this regard, the undersigned would like to invite you in the aforementioned
activity as a representative of the Station Advisory Council. The activity will take
place tomorrow, September 20, 2018 on 8:00 am at Senior Citizen’s Conference
room (beside Buhangin Police Station)
