1. Reference: Enhanced Managing Police Operations.

2. This pertains to inspection conducted by the Cavite PPO Blue Team led by
the undersigned from November 24-25, 2024 at SSCP, Fixed Point, BCMW and
Police Station indicated below:
a. BCMW- Aguinaldo highway, Salinas, Bacoor. (8;44 PM);
b. BACOOR CCPS (8:56 PM);
c. SSCP SLEX Carmona Cavite (9:33 PM);
d. CARMONA STATION- Altarez Rd. Carmona Cavite (9:44 PM);
e. SILANG CCPS- (10:17 PM);
f. ACIENDA- Aguinaldo highway Silang Cavite (10:29 PM);
g. SILANG FIXED POST-(10:37 PM);
h. TAGAYTAY OUTPOST- (10:40 PM);
i. TAGAYTAY CCPS- (10:55 PM);
j. DASMARINAS CCPS- Malihan St. Dasmarinas Cavite ( 12:16 AM);
k. 7ELEVEN DASMARINAS - (12:22 AM);
l. IMUS DASMA BOUNDARY- (12:30 AM);
m. DOYETS 7ELEVEN MUS -(12:37 AM) ;and
n. IMUS CCPS- (12:52 AM)

3. The undersigned conducted physical accounting and inspection of duty

personnel to the above-mentioned location/area. All duty personnel were reminded
to adhere to all the directives especially non engagement to any kind of illegal
activities, monitor and properly utilized all issued radios, PNP reflectorized vest and
firearms while conducting PNP checkpoint/Oplan Sita and also to the directives such
as observance of LOI “Tamang Bihis”, and advised them to be vigilant and courteous
at all times. Further reminded them to follow the guidelines of CPNP such as no
using of cellular phones while on duty/patrol except for emergency cases and as part
of their function.
