The candidate must show evidence of achievement in at least two and no more than three of the following criteria: Creativity, Insight and experience, Leadership, Enterprise, Innovation, Repute, Responsibility, or Service. For each criteria, the candidate must provide 300-500 words describing their achievements along with relevant references, organization charts, or numbers to demonstrate their experience and impact in that area. The Fellow Panel will assess how well the candidate has shown evidence meeting the criteria.

Fellowship criteria

The Fellow Panel assess candidates against certain criteria. The candidate must show evidence
of what they have achieved in at least two and no more than three of the following criteria.

Creativity Insight and experience
