Managed email server without any antispam & saved approx.2 Lac.
Free NAS Software has been Implemented and is working in MT-1, AK-1, AK-3, MT-2 & Corp Office
8 Systems has been migrated to linux from MS windows in corporate office

Task
5 systems has been replaced with thin clients in corp office & use the desktop in seamless to reduce new asset cost.
Moving faulty UPS from all plants to MT-2 for refurshing & send the same where required after refurshing to reduce new U
Self Installation of CCTV camera's in all plants to reduce installation cost.
DR Server needs to be shifted from MT-2 to MT-6
Install thin clients in all plants & freed up desktop and send to plants where required .

Task
Changed the UTM from fortinet to sophos in 1 years AMC cost of fortinet for 3 years.
Increased MPLS bandwidth in same cost throughout the group.
Planned to chage the ILL provider to double the bandwidth in same cost.(implement in MT-6 from Jan2019)
