The Importance of Business

Correspondence
Correspondence is one of the most important services, deserving prominence in the positive
evolution of the business.

Is indispensable so that it does not present any doubts or confusion.

One of the processes to achieve a good commercial writing is to imagine that we are not writing but
talking to the person with whom we want to deal with the subject.

Correspondence from a foreign language requires more care and more time-consuming attention.

Scrawled words, amended in any form, must be avoided because they show a lack of care.
Errors in spelling and grammar, misuse of capital letters and faulty punctuation, demonstrate our
deficiency.

The writings reveal the author, lead us to judge his value and the confidence that his opinions and
his information deserve.

Simplicity is one of the virtues of business correspondence.


Necessary requirements of business letters, clarity and precision, making the thoughts easily
understandable, avoiding doubts, hesitation.

We should have short sentences, words with the same meaning, brevity in the exposition, treat a
subject or part of it in each paragraph.
Do not abuse abbreviations, using only the most common ones.
