Upon receiving the chargesheet from Pawan Kumar, Officer in charge, PS Mayapuri on
17.7.2018 and complying with the section 207, Cr.P.C., the court has framed charges against the
accused, Suri for revealing the identity of a rape victim under section 354, IPC.

Summoning order was sent to Ms. Tanya (PW1) and Mr. Arun (PW2) for examination in chief
and cross examination.

Next hearing shall take place on 12.11.18 for examination in chief and cross examination of
PW-1.
