- This meeting is to inform all of us the loses and claims


- For making improvement and changes
- Week 3 nag start ang mga problima
- Mas effective ang monitoring kung mag area every packing house
- Alternate the Monitoring Personnel to duty at CY for sampling
- Monitoring counter check
- Advice to Sir Marvin Paguntalan to remind all Quality Inspector At least
30mins every day before given their respective area o assignment.
- Solutions additional Personnel.

VANESSA V. TAGAY

- Suggest that every monitoring sampling the box per Packing House
- Rotation the Sampler Personnel to report early morning at Office to
meet all Quality Inspector and report the Feedback.

- Giving retrieval receipt to the driver
- Informing that Quality Inspector coordinate her.
