Division Superintendents Chief Education Supervisors, CID and SGOD Heads, Public Elementary and Secondary Schools All Others Concerned From: ‘THE SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT Subject: SYNCHRONIZED SCHOOL, DISTRICT, CLUSTER, & DIVISION SUPREME PUPIL GOVERNMENT (SPG}, SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT (SSG), AND DIVISION FEDERATED SPG-SSG ADVISERS (DFSPG-SSGA) ELECTION FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2019- 2020 Date: January 28, 2018 1, Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 47, s, 2014 entitled Constitution and By-Laws of the Supreme Pupil Government and Supreme Student Government in Elementary and Secondary Schools, and DO 11, s. 2016 entitled Additional Guidelines to DO 47, s. 2014, the DepEd Schools Division of Tarlac Province announces the conduct of Synchronized School, District, Cluster and Division Supreme Pupil Government (SPG), Supreme Student Government (SSG), and Division Federation of Supreme Pupil Government and Supreme Student Government Advisers (DFSPG-SSGA) Elections for School Year (SY) 2019-2020. 2. After the conduct of the SPG/SSG Elections, the Schoo! Head (SH) or the person whom he/she appointed shall accomplish the Online Comprehensive Evaluation of the Student Government Elections for the School (CESGE) link: ttp://bitly/DepEATPCESGE and the Online School Election Report (SER) link: hetp://bitly/DepEdTPSER. Only Soft Copy (PDF Format) of the signed CESGE and SER shall also be submitted to email: with email header format: - 1e). Deadline is on or before February 28, 2019, 5. The School Head or his/her designate of the host schools shall submit the District Level and Cluster level Election Results online thru email: DepEdTPYouthFormation@gmail.com with email header format: (Cluster #/ District) - SPG /SSG Election Report on or before March 15, 2018, 8:00 AM as per Division Memorandum No. 118, s. 2018, 6.
