Below is a list of Access Log Action Codes

CacheOS Action code Intended Meaning

TCP_SWAPFAIL A CacheOS internal error occurred while processing the


request.(1)

TCP_HIT The requested object was served from cache.

TCP_MEM_HIT The requested object was served entirely from RAM cache.

TCP_MISS The requested object was not in cache, but was cacheable after
retrieval.

TCP_REFRESH_HIT The user requestforced a check with the originserver, which


replied "Not Modified".

TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH The request for an object required a check with the origin
server ("Pragma: no-cache" header).

TCP_REFRESH_MISS The user requestforced a check with the origin server, which
replied with a new object.

TCP_PARTIAL_MISS The requested object was partially in cache at the time of the
client request (Pipelining).

TCP_NC_MISS The requested object was non-cacheable, and so was retrieved


from the server.

TCP_TUNNELED The request was tunneled, usually this is a proxiedHTTPS


connection.

TCP_DENIED The requested object was denied to the client, due to either a
CacheOS Filter or Content-Filtering. (2)

TCP_ERR_MISS The request encountered an error during it's processing, the


error could beserver-side or client-side.(3)

UDP_HIT An ICP request for an object in cache was received.

UDP_OBJ This action code is currently not used.

UDP_MISS An ICP request for an object not in cache was received.

UDP_DENIED An ICP request was denied based on the current ICP


configuration.

UDP_INVALID An invalid ICP request was received.

UDP_MISS_NOFETCH An ICP request for an object not in cache was received, and the
requestor may not fetch the object from this cache.
