Runway Incursion United 1448 Student A: Tower (TWR) TWR

United 1448 mistakenly taxied onto an active runway at the airport. The air traffic controller communicated with United 1448 to determine their location and direct them to exit the runway safely. Another pilot informed the controller that United 1448 was confused about their location. The controller stopped all air traffic on the runway until United 1448 had exited safely onto the taxiway.

idea of where they are

United 1448: ok we are gonna go straight ahead we are gonna
go up to Kilo here

TWR: United 1448 are you runway 23L right now?

United 1448: yes we are and we are gonna go we are on 23L


we are currently exiting on we are coming up on Kilo

TWR: United 1448 roger turn _

United 1448: on a 150 and we are on Kilo and we are cleared of


the runway we are approaching Kilo1 we are on Kilo
