depending on your level of accomplishment and the frequency doing these activities. Mark:
1= Never
2= Hardly ever
3= Sometimes

I ask for explanations when I do not understand any topic.

I incorporate new words and topics learnt in class into my
performance.
I incorporate and work on the feedback and suggestions given by the
teacher.

I dedicate time out of class to study and improve my learning process.
I work on my tasks by using the strategies that I consider necessary
and useful.
I identify my weaknesses and strengths in my English learning
process.
I work on my weaknesses in order to improve my English skills.
