The aim of study is to explore the opinion of the workers at all hierarchical levels.
There should be a greater organizational effectiveness through enhancement of human
dignity and growth. It also includes motivating people by satisfying not only their
economic needs but also their social and psychological needs.
FINAL CONCLUSION states that it focuses on work teams, skill development, and
also focuses on redesigning efforts based on socio-technical systems with a wide
variety of interventions such as quality circles
Abstract
Companies derive competitive advantage from training and development. Training and development
offer competitive advantage to a firm by removing performance deficiencies; making employees stay
long; minimizing accidents, scarps and damages; and meeting future employee needs. There is
greater stability, flexibility, and capacity for growth in an organization. Training contributes to
employee stability in at least two ways. Employees become efficient after undergoing training.
Efficient employees contribute to the growth of the firm. Growth renders stability to work force.
The first step in Training and Development process is to determine specific Training and
Training and development needs may be determined by conducting analysis on several levels.
Training and development must have clear and concise objectives. Without them, designing
meaningful Training and development programs would not be possible. Worthwhile evaluation of a
program’s effectiveness would also be difficult at best. The Specific Learning objectives that follow
leave little doubt about what the training should accomplish. With these objectives, managers can
