The objective of this paper is to familiarize the students with the provisions of Indirect
Taxation Laws in India. With the introduction of Good and Services Act, India is moving
towards formalization of business transactions, mopping up higher revenue to the
Exchequer. This subject is to be taught with reference to the relevant amendments made to
GST by GSTC and by Finance Acts passed in the Parliament from time to time.

The objective of this paper is to familiarize the students with the Legal Provisions and
Practical aspects of Income Tax. Hence, this subject is to be taught with reference to the
relevant amendments made to Income Tax Laws of India by Finance Acts passed in the
