Instructions:
Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting the Hands-on Exercise:
• Use MS Word to prepare exercise solution.
• You may consult tutorials and videos if the concept is not clear.
• Your submitted exercise will not be considered/counted if:
▪ It is submitted after due date.
▪ It is not in the required format (.doc or docx.)
▪ It does not open, or file is corrupt.
▪ It is copied (partial or full) from any source (websites, forums, students, etc.)

Learning Outcome:

After completing this exercise, you shall be able to:

• Select the right job for bidding in future


• Identify the requirements of the project
• Compose proposal according to 7 effective bidding points
Tasks:

Task 1: You’re required to read the job description (given below) carefully and fill all fields (post
answers) according to the project scenario.
Task 2: You’re required to search for a job-post related to your niche/skill from any freelance platform
and write a bid proposal. Make sure to cover all 7 effective biding points while composing your
proposal/cover letter.

Requirements:
MS Word file with the following item(s):
• Appropriate answers to the questions of task 1
• Screenshot of job-post with your composed proposal or cover letter of task 2

Guidelines:

• Pay attention to the job description and extract answers according to the scenario in task 1.
• Select latest job post according to your skill in task 2.
• Use any grammar checking app/tool while writing the proposal.
• Watch topics from 83 to 94 to cover all 7 effective biding points while composing your
proposal/cover letter.
• You’re not required to submit the bid proposal on the freelance marketplace. Just compose it and
insert it in the solution file.
