Chef luis’ culinary journey has
taken him from Spain to Italy,
Brazil, Ireland, UK and now UAE,
just to name a few. In 2012, he
landed in Dubai and has worked in
Atmosphere, in the worlds tallest
building, after which he moved on
to opening “Casa De Tapas” and
“Cielo sky lounge” at the Dubai
Creek Golf  and yaght club.
 
He then founded “Urban Paella
UAE” in 2015, and has built his
business into a successful spanish
catering and private chef service
provider. ‘Word of mouth’ has
brought people back time and time
again as his passion for what he
does reflects in his cooking and the
service given to his clients is greatly
appreciated.
 
Presently he is Executive chef in
“Beef bar” an exclusive venue in
DIFC Dubai, an international Brand
from Monaco
 
His funny,  ambitious, and
passionate about his business, job ,
clients and family!
