Dear Sir:

The Barangay xxxxx will have its Annual Fiesta Celebration for the Patron Saint Roque on
August 15 - 16, 2019. Series of activities will be initiated by the Barangay that would
commence on July and ends on August 2019. One of the highlights of this year’s Fiesta
Celebration is the Sports League for Basketball and Volleyball.

With this, we would like to signify our intent to invite you as one of the competitors for this
year’s Basketball League.

Below are the details of the League:

The Basketball League has Three (3) categories, to wit:


1. Inter-purok League – 21 years old and below
2. Inter-purok League – 35 years old and above
3. Invitational League – 21 years old and above

The registration fee per team will be as follows:


1. Inter-purok League – Php 500.00
2. Invitational League – Php 700.00

This will cover some of the overhead – payment related to the tournament (trophies, referees,
fees, etc.). You may pay your registration fee on the actual schedule of your team’s game.
Please confirm your attendance on or before June 28, 2019, sooner if possible. Please
adhere to this deadline, as we will need the information in order to plan and organize
efficiently the tournament.
