INSTRUCTIONS
INVOICE-RECEIPT FOR PROPERTY

1. This form shall be used when there is a transfer of property from one accountable officer to
another of the same or another agency from an outgoing officer to his successor.

2. This form shall be prepared in four copies; the original, to the auditor thru the Chief Accoun
who will prepare a Journal Voucher adjusting/dropping the property from the accounts, one cop
the Chief accountant, one copy to the invoicing and receiving officers.
