This is in line with the Pre-Hearing Conference of the above-cited case held last
May 10, 2019, wherein the parties agreed to submit their respective position papers. The
agreed date of submission was last June 10, 2019. However, the undersigned has not
yet received the pleadings as to date. You are hereby advised to submit your respective
position papers/memoranda on or before July 15, 2019. Failure to do so will constitute
waiver on your part and submit the case for resolution.
