ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON COMMUNITY MAPPING

School is said to be the place where learning takes place, thus pupils learning is a great
accomplishments to every school. Student’s learning and achievement does not only happen in
classrooms. Parents, Families and school communities should be active contributors to their
children’s learning. They need to base their decisions on comprehensive, good quality
achievement information about students’ knowledge, abilities and learning needs. However
accomplishments of school as a basic institution within the community have different
dimensions and components to improve and address. In order for these to improve not only the
academic achievements but also the number of pupils in school shared efforts is required. For
these, the following are the endeavors by the teachers such as Community Mapping in
Barangay Dampil, Lagonglong Misamis Oriental conducted last November 14, 2015.

Teacher asked permission to the Barangay Captain to conduct community mapping and
stated the main purpose of the said activity. As a support from the Barangay the teacher was
accompanied by the BNs and BHW to locate the place to be visited.

Last November 14, 2015, at exactly 8 o’clock in the morning there were families
With ____________ school – age children visited. Teacher list down names of the family
surveyed and encouraged parents to continue their supports by sending their children in
school. For those school- age
Children who presently not enrolled, the teacher advised the parents to send their children in
school for the betterment of the children’s future.
This activity ended at exactly 5 o’clock in the afternoon and the teacher reported the
number of families visited to the Barangay through the Barangay Captain and signed his/her
appearance.
The teacher successfully did his/her __First__ literacy mapping.
