STEM students

Good day!
We are conducting research about the perception on the relationship of the self-esteem and
academic performance of Grade 12 STEM students. Your answers in this survey questionnaire
will be a big contribution in our research. This will help us to gather data needed for our
research. The survey should only take 5 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous.
