Guide For RMS DG RMS site test

1.Remote Start/Stop through RMS(time required 10minutes)


1.1DG is on auto model
1.2Stop Wapda from Main ACDB
1.3Mains Failure Alarm available in CSU
1.4Remote Start/Stop DG through RMS

2.DG fuel consumption test(time required half hour)


2.1DG remote control test success
2.2check DG status/fuel Qty/LLS(fuel sensor) status in CSU/DG mains

2.3After DG running half hours, check fuel Qty, and remote Stop DG.

3.DG auto start when BAT voltage drop to DG start threshold


3.1Change Equal thre.volt 50.0V, DC/bat low volt 50V,DG start voltage as
49.5Vdc/AC stop volt. 53.0V, min DG running duration 5min
3.2Switch OFF wapda at main ACDB, battery discharging and voltage drop to
49.4V,DG will auto start. DG running and battery charging and voltage reach to
53.0V, then continuously running at least 5min, DG will auto stop.

4.Fuel theft/leakage alarm testing

4.1Configure fuel leakage threshold as 4L/Hours, fuel add record

threshold as 5L/10min

4.2Check fuel Qty, then take out fuel tank 4L, verify the fuel qty, and see DG.
Fuel leakage alarm.

4.3Add 4L fuel in fuel tank, check fuel Qty in CSU.

5.In RMS real-time page/chart, we can see fuel Qty/level, this

record is not real-time, around 2hours delay.


6.RMS report-in second day fueling and DG running report is

available in RMS.
